Refunds and Exchanges

We stand behind all of our products at Red Fox, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received. Any items not returned in this way will be returned to the customer.

Personalised & customised items where designs have been amended as per customer choice are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Postage is not refunded.

Sale items are non returnable & non refundable.

Faulty items - please email us at contact@redfoxshop.co.uk with photos of the fault and we can provide more information upon receipt.
